Bourbon St. at night is a sight to see. It's almost impossible, but if you can get a room with a balcony overlooking Bourbon St. Get yourself some cheap plastic beads, and make sure the women below know you have them. You will get flashed A LOT (sometimes by the ones you don't want to see though). If you can't get the room, just find the crowd gathered under one. For your personal veiw, get close to the building and watch the crowd.
