Yes I agree Sandgk Michigan with a man who understood the rivalry was always good against
OSU but once they lost BO (RIP) they really haven't mounted to much. The 90's didn't prove Carr understood us but IMO proved that Cooper didn't know what the hell to do with UM. I think understanding and being embeded into the rivalry makes a bigger impact than what is being stated from the UM perspective.
