I read recently where head coaches of the last 5 ncaa football champs were all former
OSU asst's. Does anyone know of a link, or can they list in this thread, the names of former
OSU asst coaches and/or Ohio natives that are still active in football today? I think the last 5 nat'l champ coaches are Tressel (duh), Urban Meyer (native, possible
osu asst coach), Pete Carroll (asst?), Nick Saban (native and asst?), and Larry Coker (formerly of Miami, not sure if he's still active). There's a ton of people that should make this list, it seems every team in Div. 1 has a former
OSU asst. coach on staff....and thanks for any help.
