If spots for additions to the '08 class are provided by underclassmen transfers, then the spots available for '09 should remain the same, all else equal. If they are provided by NFL declarations, then next year's class will shrink, not by the number of declarees, but by how many additional prospects we sign (Pryor, Jenkins....).
