Obviously I hope Manningham is serious about getting that degree. That's the sort of thing that, if a guy wants to do, it trumps all concerns about systems and stuff.
And I did not know Trent had a fifth year of eligibility (he's listed as a senior.) He appears to be committed 100% to returning, which should help keep some continuity in the secondary. (Doubt he'd have been drafted.) I still believe Adams and Englemon, the safeties, were the two best players back there, but Trent got better as the year went on. |
