I'm interested in knowing everyones top 5 rankings for next year...based on the information we have about who is leaving and who is not thus far.
1. Oklahoma -- Should have lots of returning starters. Did pretty well last year, and will most likely improve this year.
2. Ohio State -- Beanie Wells is the man. Period, dot, end of sentence. Now all we need is for Boeckman to either improve, or find a second hand man (Henton??) who can get more playing time in his place. Tress needs to not be so impatient with Beanie's running game and it will all work out. If we beat USC then we will definitely be seeing a NC game again next year.
3. Georgia -- They finished their season out really strong. Lots of returning starters.
4. Missouri -- Really good defense players, most of whom should be coming back.
5. USC -- Losing their QB will be a hard hit, but other than that they seem to be keeping a lot of their good players. Finished season strong, likely to return in full force in the 2008 season. I am really looking forward to the
OSU game in September.
