We returned last night... a few comments:
1. New Orleans ranks right up there with Vegas in regards to being a "part town"... we had a blast in the city!!
2. Abita beer is a bit tart... I like Sam Adams and Bass... Abita isn't anything near a nice lager...
3. The Folks of New Orleans are very nice.
4. The fans of LSU are good folks before the game.
5. The fans of LSU are A$$ Holes after they win (I'm still surprised a couple of drunk
OSU fans didn't "drop" a few really bad Tiger fans after the loss during the walk back down Poydras (sp?).
6. Good Eat's at every corner.... I don't think you can eat "bad" food in the city...
7. The "ramp" to enter the SuperDome is a bottle neck... whoever created one ramp needs to be shot... little kids were trampled left and right...
8. I'd go back in a heart beat...
