I believe that game is already available thru azureus. You can check here to see which games have already been made torrents thru the people here in BP here;

You or someone will have to make a torrent here of that 05 Texas game in order to seed it. Just because you download it from pirate bay means that we can seed it. We can't thru BP until someone makes a torrent for it.
