The Perry Panthers? last statement before tournament voting begins came in the form of a loud 69-45 win Saturday against visiting Massillon on Senior Night.
Today, the coaches from the Canton Division I district will meet at Copley to choose the bracket?s seeding. Perry boys basketball coach Rob Toth knows how he?ll cast his ballot.
?I?m going to vote us No. 1,? Toth said after 7-foot center Kenny Frease tied his career high with 33 points and the Panthers snapped an eight-game losing streak to Massillon in front of 2,100 fans.

The Panthers, who allowed 26 points to Boardman in a win Friday, led Saturday from the start. Frease hit 15-of-22 shots from the field and grabbed 13 rebounds.
