National Signing Day Brandon Harris Diary

Booker T. Washington (Miami, Fla.) cornerback Brandon Harris will provide a diary for RISE on National Signing Day as he gets set to announce his college decision. The 5-foot-11, 180-pounder is rated the nation?s No. 22 overall recruit in the Class of 2008 by RISE. He was named Gatorade Florida Football Player of the Year this year after leading Booker T. (14-0) to the Class 4A state title ? the Tornadoes first-ever state crown ? and a No. 6 final ranking in the RISE National Football Top 25.

9:45 a.m.

Good morning, this is Brandon Harris and today is National Signing Day, as you may or may not know. I?m down to five schools now and they are Miami, LSU, Florida, Ohio State and Central Florida. I?m very nervous right now about making my decision. I didn?t get much sleep last night. I went through the process of tossing and turning and it was crazy. I?m excited about heading to school. Our ceremony starts at 12, so right now I?m just playing a video game with my older brother, Tim Harris Jr.
