Brook Turson dropped another triple double. Jacob Furr held court in the middle. But most of all, Plymouth got a third player going.

"We came out with tremendous effort, and we really needed a game like this to get us ready for the tournament," sophomore point guard Brook Turson said.

Turson scored 21 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, handed out 12 assists and took three steals. The chief recipients of his passes were Furr and Brown.

Turson also had a couple of highlight reel-worthy plays.

Early in the third quarter, he forced a steal, picked up the loose ball and in one motion threw a behind-the-back pass to Furr alone under the basket for a layup.
Later in the quarter, he rifled a no-look pass through traffic with his left hand to Furr to set up a three-point play.
"He sees the floor so well and gets everybody involved," Vipperman said of Turson. "When it's time for him to step up, they're going to go to him and he's going to answer. His court awareness is unreal. Everybody wants to have a player like that."
