I mean, I guess I kind of get it when a group pledges support to a candidate... but... when the Republican Senator from State X endorses the Republican candidate for President, or the Democrat Gov. of State Y endorses Democratic candidate for President.. spare me the newsflash. Did any one thing Bush would not endorse McCain once McCain got the bid?

Shocking... the Republican is going with the Republican and the Dem the Dem.

If Nancy Regan was endorsing Hillary or Obama, then I can see a headline... otherwise it's "HEY! I USED TO BE RELEVANT!!!!!" attention whoring so far as I can tell.
