2003 Halo Rule Change?
Last season, I heard speculation that there would be a modification to the punt return halo rule. (eliminating the distance ) I have 2002 NCAA rules but cannot find any confirm. on the website. IMO, Chris will have less O time but remain Spec . teams & D. Eliminating the distance will change the return teams dynamics, with pos./neg. results. Any clarification on the rule change? Thanks in advance
