Don't know what you're trying to say here, but if you are saying JG didn't run a 4.19 then I'll have to disagree. I ran right before he did and waited for him to run. When he crossed the line scouts looked down at their watches in amazement. I saw the range from 4.17-4.2 on a few scouts/coaches watches. JG didn't even run his second 40 after that! Why would he? I'm curious as to what Ginn runs the 40 in. I'll take Ginn in the 100 over JG but not the 40. Chris Sanders would outrun JG in the 100 but not the 40...the debate here is like comparing apples and oranges. Someone also posted the difference b/t hand times and electronic times. Most of the times you see reported are hand timed unless noted.
