Gators drop game to Seminoles

Florida junior left hander Stephen Locke (2-1, 2.81 ERA) was making his fifth career start against the Seminoles and has had great success against them over his career-Martin looked to change that.
Step one-Martin decided against using of his mid week guys for a change and used one of his four main starters senior Ryan Strauss for once.
The result was immaculate as Strauss (3-0) worked seven strong innings allowing just four hits and one earned run in second-ranked Florida State (24-3) 10-2 victory over No. 13 Florida (20-7) in front of 7, 215 fans at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville.
