Young was not as built as Pryor already is. The only thing that worries me about Pryor is that during his high school career he had one more rushing yard than passing yards overall. Now we know he should be a great runner, but I'm not sold on his passing quite yet. It will be interesting to see how he develops in that area.

Nobody is sold on his passing because he's not that polished yet in the pocket. Early shades of Troy trusting his legs and then to his arm, we have great coaches so that will change. However I don't see why we can't make a solid comparison to Tebow? - Aside from that game against Western Carolina as the full time QB; he was your primary ground game. Just skimming through some stats, if it wasn't a run on the goal line it was usually a one yard jump pass to Tate Casey. I think his longest throw of the season was what... 35 yards? Pretty sure that was against LSU... maybe I'm wrong but I don't see why a case can't be made for why he looks like both QB's.
