Browns thinking about potential draft moves

BEREA One man's Mr. Irrelevant is another man's golden child.
So it is with the Browns' top pick in next weekend's draft, at No. 122 overall.
"This will be maybe the most celebrated fourth-round pick in the history of the Browns," General Manager Phil Savage said. "This guy's gonna get a parade, be introduced at a Cavs game and everything else."
Who will he be?
The Sporting News is posting a mock draft that says Cleveland will take Texas defensive tackle Frank Okam in Round 4, Boise State cornerback Orlando Scandrick in Round 5, Michigan linebacker Shawn Crable in Round 6 and Iowa linebacker Mike Humpal in Round 7.
Savage's projections are top secret, but he did shed some light Wednesday on general plans.
