Pryor's absence only adds to the anticipation

We didn't see what we really wanted to see in Ohio Stadium.
As we watched the Ohio State football spring game on Saturday, April 19, we witnessed returning starters and emerging stars. But there was one big hole in the Scarlet and Gray team lineups that won't be filled until the summer.
Terrelle Pryor, the Jeannette (Pa.) High School quarterback signed with much celebration by Ohio State, was on hand, but he's still in high school. He did not graduate early and enroll at
OSU for spring practices, so he wasn't in uniform starting what many hope is a challenge for significant playing time behind Todd Boeckman.
Instead, Pryor (gasp!) is still a high school student, continuing what seems to be a trend of relative normalcy despite his celebrity. In fact, earlier this month, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported that Pryor would run the 200 meters for his high school track team.
