The purpose of report a post is not to try and accelerate a response to the question you've posed. While that fact can't be "more" true, the issue is certainly compounded by the fact that your question has indeed already been answered in multiple threads on multiple occassions.

vPlaza is a flawed and vulnerable piece of software that, if left open, would represent a significant hole in the site's security. It would be ill-advised at best to make its use available to any more than the administrators (who have been kind enough to perform withdrawal functions from individual banks), and at worst inevitable and irreparable damage to the site.

vPlaza will never return to BP as a user option. I am, however, watching an alternative solution which has been in development for some time. When it is available, and when I have the means and opportunity to apply it, I hope we will again be able to enjoy many of the features that vPlaza offered.

Pfffffft. Like you would know.
