If we offered, he either has game speed, a misprint, or he has other aspects of his game that superseed the 40 time. If we have offered already, he is an elite WR.

With the receivers we are bringing in this year all seemingly around 6'3" (except for Lamaar Thomas), I would venture to guess the staff focuses on the smaller speed guys like Corey Brown and Ohio's Chris Fields. Just my own assumption, nothing really to go off of.
