I did a similar thing a while back with my S-10 Blazer. It is 327 Chevy powered, 10 years ago it was a very popular swap and quite powerful. Now it needs to go back to a fuel efficient drive train. The original V6 is gone.
so your swapping it out with an ls1 (or better) mated to a t56 tranny then?
