ARLINGTON -- The Indians will use a trail of relievers to get through Tuesday night's game against the Rangers.
With starter Jake Westbrook placed on the 15-day disabled list on Tuesday with right elbow inflammation, the Indians will give the starting nod to right-handed reliever Tom Mastny. Right-hander Jensen Lewis will take Westbrook's roster spot to round out the 'pen.
