My take:
The Buckeye staff has consistently shown that they will not reach on local players, especially on the offensive line. If Ohio State "misses" on Chris Watt, then look for the staff to find a highly-ranked out-of-state OL prospect to fill the spot ... or be satisfied with just three OL in this class.
