Shooting has to be the priority. The only way they are going to make Lebron's life easier besides figuring out an offense is to surround him with at least 2-3 good shooters all the time.

I'm not a big fan of the term "shooter". It implies someone who can only shoot but not penetrate. Jason Kapono is a great "shooter" but he wouldn't help this team. LeBron needs someone who can create and shoot. A big time player. A Michael Redd, Baron Davis, Gilbert Arenas type. Another Wally does LeBron and the Cavs no good.
