Scout originally had him as the #3 MLB in the country but he's dropped like a rock since then for no apparent reason other than not attending their combines. Scout is really down on a lot of our prospects compared to Rivals.

Well they have him so low, and he is ranked at a combined 123 so I would think if they had him somewhere in the top 200 it would up his rating...closer to 100...
