I can tell you that when a person owns as much real estate as the McCains do, it's easy to misplace the tax bills on occasion. They come from many different jurisdictions, and if the bank doesn't forward them, problems can ensue.
I own nowhere near as much real estate as John and Cindy. I'm not in arrears on any of mine. Just wanted everyone to know.
