The Holy Grail is one block east of UC's main campus. It has a reputation for serving underage. I haven't been there in years because it's turned into a thug bar. They have live music, so I'm not sure if it's 18+ (hand stamps for booze). Too bad about Clifford, I'd heard great things about his ability.
