From everything that has been rumored in this trade. It looks like the PTBNL is Green or Brantley. It just quite simply as the Indians want Green to play 2B first and let their scouts watch him playing there. If the scouts like what they see they will take Green, if not they will get Brantley. Or at least that is what the rumors are out of both Milwaukee and Cleveland.
It was also interesting that Shapiro said they can wait til the end of the year to decide on the player. I always thought it would be a good idea to tie performance to a trade. Like if CC leads them to the playoffs (and maybe the World Series) then the Indians get player X. Now, that probable would never happen, but I always thought that would be a cool idea.
