Exactly, Glenville isn't in the nicest neighborhood in the world and according to the ODE most of it's students are economically underprivaledged. Canton City SD was one of the worst schools in the state in graduation rates till recently. But I'll tell you what I've been pretty happy with the Buckeye's that have come from those cities and the other ones BB73 Mentioned.
I understand the idea of "thug" mentality, but sometimes that has more to do, in college, with the coach allowing it. RR had absolutely no problem with that it always seemed at WVU. We've all seen that wonderful record
