So I guess I'm supposed to explain terms like sample size to you? You play more times vs your conference than you do OOC. Stas can indeed be manipulated but sometimes they scream things pretty loudly.
Fact is B10 teams held opponents to lower scores even though they played against better scoring teams and played them more often.
