That should do it for most Americans. $4000 is really a drop in the bucket when it comes to a college education for all Americans. Granted, it might take some relief away from college students getting loans but trying to say this is going to help all Americans go to college... please. If the parent pays for his child's education will he get the tax credit? Who is going to pay for all of these education credits that he is offering? I think I have an idea.

Who is going to keep track of these hours? The student or more bureaucracy. In any event, it will lead to more bureaucracy and larger government. I also have the same questions about who is going to pay for it but again I think I know and I don't like it. Who gets the community service? I don't think it is the people who are paying the most taxes and I'm not talking about the very wealthy person.
