I'm still glad I switched from TW, [censored] those guys and their [censored]ty customer service.
I scheduled a disconnect date over a week ago and had someone call me yesterday asking if I wanted to transfer my service, I told them I already scheduled to cancel my service, which apparently wasn't in the system, I just hope the [censored]s stop charging me when they are supposed to because it seems like they are highly likely to mess that up.
