The facts that you are choosing to ignore are that the Reps didn't throw said people under the bus until after their [censored] ups became an embarrassment to the party. What "Van Helsing" (yes, that's how he signs his blog) conveniently decided to omit is that Obama's quoted comments came a year before Kilpatrick was sentenced, and that Obama publicly called for his resignation after the scandal came to light. Perhaps if you had bothered to read a remotely credible source, you would have learned that. Do you even know the circumstances surrounding the Kilpatrick case? Here, I'll help you:
