No, not like that. I mean that he should loosen himself up a little more to trust his instincts on his scrambling ability. I believe that Pryor is really trying to make Tressel happy by not scrambling when it's a passing play.
We all saw how Troy Smith can do this very well. He did eventually become a great passer, but it seems like he forgot that he can scramble for easy 1st downs when available.
The offseason will be very viable for Pryor to greatly improve his passing touch and such. He can still do pre-reads of the defenses and take advantage of open WRs off their blitzes to contain his scrambling ability. It should actually help him to have even more open WRs available to him anyway.
