So if I'm to understand correctly Beanie and Boom Herron both got hurt/nicked up vs Purdue?

I see this game playing out a lot like the Wisc vs OSU game.

MSU is essentially a less talented but more spine having version of Wisconsin... and OSU is obviously still OSU.

Turnovers, the trenches, and FG kicking will be key as both teams play Tressel/Saban/Perles/Woody ball.

I've followed both teams very closely as OSU has long been my 2nd favorite team and I see this being a horrible match up for MSU.

Iowa's excellent DL (better DT's than OSU, worse DE's) and Cal's excellent LB's gave MSU fits, OSU is equivalent or better (LB's) in both these aspects.

I can't see MSU winning unless Pryor really has SEVERAL "freshman" moments and Hoyer brings his A game (something we haven't seen since the second to last game last season)

OSU's speed will be a huge shock after playing Northwestern, which is probably slower than half the MAC, to adjust to for MSU.

First team to 20 wins. Hell first team to 14 might win.
