Wow - imagine that - a tradesman (in Toledo) that isn't licensed. Who'da heard of such a thing?

The next thing you'll tell me is that all tradesman aren't bonded or insured. Really?

Never mind the theme of the buy-sell agreement which is the main point of the discussion. A plumber doesn't have to own a plumbing business...

-and oh for the person that isn't sure what plumbers make - the guy that replaced my gas line 4 years ago said he was making 350K a year working 6-7 days a week with 3 other employees.
