2. It's about the image of snow. You aren't going to get kids from the South up here when you have others describing the cold weather/ frequent snow. It's irrelevant whether the snow is actually on the ground when they play. I know that the air is certainly cold.

4. There are thousands of kids that don't get drafted yearly. Getting kids drafted is an accomplishment.
