Ultimately next years #1 WR target will come down to his relationship with Pryor in the off-season. He will have to show a connection in the route running, as well as the ability to catch a sometimes under/overthrown pass. I don't see Devier doing this likely until the 2010 season. I would venture to say next years #1 will be Hartline.
I've heard Hartline is likely to declare, which would lead me to believe that Sanzenbacher would be the guy.
