Reports were from Hawaii that he struggled with the faster edge rushers, which is normal for almost any H.S. OL at an all-star game, Mike Adams excluded. Most of these guys are able to use their size to dominate and their technique, feet, etc all suffer for the most part. He's a decent athlete for his size but when your going against guys who are 100lbs less than you and most likely better coordinated you are going to struggle. But as much as he's been ripped for his pass blocking skills hes been praised for his run blocking. Hall struggled with McVey in their playoff game as well ever H.S. lineman needs work to get ready for the next level. I'm more concerned about him having the grades and actually coming to visit than I am with him being ready to take on Aaron Maybin and the likes right away.

He may be a contingency for Hall anyways.
