Not necessarily. Hall has great feet as a drive blocker but his pass protection skills need a LOT of work if he's gonna be a tackle in college. Moses isn't polished but he is so big and strong he doesn't have to be, he is ready to go in there right now and manhandle defensive linemen, moreso than Hall even.
