Columbus DeSales had a successful 2004 season going 8-5 and reaching the regional finals against one of the toughest schedules in the state.

Much of the Stallions success on defense can be attributed to junior defensive tackle Alex Stewart. Stewart recorded 73 tackles, 23 tackles for a loss, and nine sacks earning Division III 1st team All-Ohio honors. Standing in at 6-2½, 273-pounds, Stewart also carries a 3.7 cumulative GPA.
