I know what he said last week, but think of it this way. He doesn't want to burn any bridges with other schools until he is officially offered by
OSU. He's not going to rule out mich., LSU, or anybody else yet. Wait until
OSU offers him, then see what he says about his recruitment. Shades of AJ Hawk, Chad Hoobler, and others. I could see Hartline committing before the season starts.
