The losses in Cutler's record are mostly due to the Denver defense. The wins are mostly due to him. The difference between Cutler and most sub-.500 QBs is that Cutler is generally the reason the win, and not the reason they lose.
It doesn't seem that McDaniels realizes that he has to earn respect, as well. Cutler is the leader of the offense. The players know him. They don't know McDaniels. They both need to learn to/earn respect of each other, and neither seems willing. Cutler is being a baby, McDaniels seems to be being an arrogant prick. You don't tell your franchise QB that everybody is tradable. That's beyond stupid. That's actually really [censored]ing stupid.
