Funny how that is considering all of the high school players other than Lebron who have taken the NBA by storm right out of the gate... I guess I should watch more high school and less NBA.

Even most of the general managers that have been depantsed picking high school players in the past only took the risk because they were afraid they could be passing on the next Kobe or KG. The fact is that too many people were saying the same things about Wall after watching film of him against high school that they were Sebastian Telfair or even Kwame Brown, Tyson Chandler, Eddy Curry, Desagana Diop... None of those guys were ready, but people thought they were or thought they couldn't afford to pass up on them just in case.

That kind of thinking got people fired.
