I think the analogy to a guy wanting his g/f to break up with HIM is spot on. They gave him the cold shoulder hoping he'd get the message and eventually he did. That isn't how I want my coaching staff BEHAVING. It appears Groce went out on a libm for Golden and Wright and Thad eventually didn't agree or follow through in a professional or above-board manner. The whole staff must be 100% behind each early offer or it can fall apart like this. BAD FORM!!

Thad could have been proactive and told Cam that he didn't feel he would fit in to their plans anymore and maybe he should explore other avenues.... months ago. It's a case where parties had to read actions instead of having a talk... which isn't the best way to end a relationship.
