Injuries aren't annual (unless you are the Browns), they come up and you have to be able to handle them. If Pryor is out for some games and Bauserman is your new starter, still feeling good about our backups? Exactly.

B) Aggressively in recruiting doesn't always refer to the sheer number of offers you've put out there, but how you go about it. We went hard after Montana and in the past it seems we'd sit and wait until he decided, but this year we moved quickly and aggressively once it appeared we wouldn't get Nick and moved to Hendrix very fast.
Who would you prefer at QB after Bauserman in '10- Guiton, Orhian Johnson, or a true frosh QB? Personally I'd go with Guiton, then the true frosh, then Johnson.. With not much difference in between any of them. Either way if Pryor & Bauserman go down, we're not having an amazing season. There's not a huge difference after Pryor and then Bauserman go down. Obviously another QB would be great, but not a must IMO.

Secondly, you say we recruited aggressively because we didn't "wait until he decided"... Who says we didn't? We have no idea what the staff may or may not have known regarding Montana. I think it's quite likely that Montana was very nice and told the staff that they should probably move on, something for which Montana deserves props. It really makes it a lot easier for coaches when kids are up front, and my guess is that's what happened.

Anyway, personally I wouldn't mind seeing an offer out to Graham. I would like the extra depth at QB and I don't see a ton of difference between Graham and Hendrix (but I'm not talent scout). Both have pretty solid offer lists.. But if the staff is confident about Hendrix (which I am), there's no real need to offer Graham.
