You've got that right.
Brazil beat Egypt 4-3 on a PK at the end of regulation time. They were up 3-1 at the half, gave up back-to-back goals within a minute of each other early in the second half, and then got the PK by Kaka to win it.
The PK was as legit as it gets. Off a corner, the ball was kicked just inside the post about 4 feet off the ground. The keeper wasn't near it, and the Egyptian defender who was standing about a yard away from the post leaned a little, and stuck an arm out to clear the ball, which hit him just above the elbow.
The interesting thing to me was that the referee initially signaled another corner kick for Brazil, who protested of course. After the replay was shown, he red-carded the defender and awarded the PK. I don't know if he got help from the assistant referee on the sideline, or whether somebody told him the call into his headphone, since he was wearing one. I don't think FIFA will admit to the call coming from off the field, but it looked to me that it might have.
