NCAA rules only allow 9 assistant coaches and 2 GA's to interact with players in any coaching manner period, including practice, film sessions, chalk board sessions, or whatever.

Last year Siciliano was granted an exemption based on Daniels medical condition.
Most of his duties will be breaking down film, chart tendencies, and do some advance scouting. Nonetheless, he will have a big impact in the OL coaching, even though he cannot coach the players.
