Indeed, although I agree with keylime that accuracy is more important in college because those throwing windows are open longer than they are in the NFL, so the obvious bump up in arm strength is necessary.
But arm strength, IMO, is the most overrated aspect for a QB. Jamarcus Russell and Kyle Boller are the two shining examples that a big arm can't do much for you in the NFL (Derek Anderson is near that boat as well). That's why I always hate when ESPN use to be the the only draft show and they'd have a video of Boller throwing 50 yards on his knees.....congrats, but that's a sack in college....and in the NFL, that's just asking for a LB to tear your head off.
But then you look at a guy like Chad Pennington who is still around and doing well because of accuracy. But the greats do it both, like Elway, Montana, Manning, etc.
