But arm strength, IMO, is the most overrated aspect for a QB. Jamarcus Russell and Kyle Boller are the two shining examples that a big arm can't do much for you in the NFL (Derek Anderson is near that boat as well). That's why I always hate when ESPN use to be the the only draft show and they'd have a video of Boller throwing 50 yards on his knees.....congrats, but that's a sack in college....and in the NFL, that's just asking for a LB to tear your head off.
But then you look at a guy like Chad Pennington who is still around and doing well because of accuracy. But the greats do it both, like Elway, Montana, Manning, etc.

Agree, I wouldnt put Jamarcus in that group the talent around him is terrible and the organization/team he plays for is a cluster....
